First baseball game!

Saturday we went to the afternoon Dodger game. We were a little nervous about the heat because it was supposed to be in the high 80s but feel more like the mid-90s. Luckily our seats were almost in the shade and then completely in the shade by the 3rd inning. We borrowed someone else's seats while we waited for the sun to move. Lily had a good time. She did a lot of people watching, which is one of her favorite activities. She liked all the attention she got from Daddy's friends who we went to the game with (Happy Birthday Dev!). We took a break from the heat in the first aid room so Lily could have a meal in a nice air conditioned room. And the Dodgers even won. The win elevated them into first place and Manny hit a home run and a ground rule double that was *almost* a grand slam. Lily even took a nap. She actually sleeps better in when it's a little noisy and she didn't mind the cheering at all. She thought the chants of "Manny! Manny! Manny!" were "Lily! Lily! Lily!"

Watching the game.

Hanging with Daddy. This game is kind of boring. Who else is here to play with me?

Why are we still here?
